Snips, nestled on the east side of Indianapolis in the Historic area of Irvington is the area's only full service salon. Snips opened July 2001, and has been welcomed by the community ever since. Snips strives to be the best source of style and fashion for the eastside of Indianapolis. The staff at Snips is dedicated to providing their clients with a focused wellness approach in their services.

We are proud to have been voted WRTV 6 , the Indy Channel.com A-List "best facial" for 2007, 2008, and 2009.  It is a special joy that our clients feel strong enough about the services they receive here to make us one of the favorite places in Indianapolis.  Snips also received the honor of being Nuvo magazine's "best salon."  Our stylists work very hard to further their education and bring the best to the salon.  Snips provides hair and makeup services for the Indiana State Fair Association for the past five years, and our involvement with the ISFA has lead us to found the Irvington Halloween Queen pageant, along with the Irvington Community Council, and 2009 will be its inaugural year.  We are also members of AIM, Association of Irvington Merchants, and are very active in community events.
