Snips, nestled on the east side of Indianapolis in the Historic area of Irvington is the area's only full service salon. Snips opened July 2001, and has been welcomed by the community ever since. Snips strives to be the best source of style and fashion for the eastside of Indianapolis. The staff at Snips is dedicated to providing their clients with a focused wellness approach in their services.

Beauty and Spa Treatments

We are very proud to have been named the best facial in central Indiana by channel 6 WRTV and the Indy Channel.com for 2007. We are experiencing wonderful results with our Oxygen treatments . The treatments work by infusing dull, tired skin with micro, or mycellized, vitamins at the cellular level. The concentration of highly concentrated, molecular oxygen and topical, mycellized vitamins increase cellular respiration and metabolism, lymph drainage that stimulates tissue detoxification, and reduce harmful bacteria in the skin. Cell regeneration in young skin occurs every 28 days. By the age of 50 the process takes about 40 days and is the result of slower cell metabolism. By providing the skin with the mycellized vitamins and molecular oxygen, the cells begin to react as young cells, reproducing faster and creating a healthier skin. Also by stimulating tissue detoxification, this treatment is extremely beneficial for acne or any congested sluggish condition.
