Upon obtaining my Practical nursing license I went to work in the healthcare field were I worked until Anthony and I started the first version of Snips.
While nursing it became apparent that the needs of the salon were growing beyond just hair and I went to Cut Above Beauty college to study the art of skincare. This lead to the second version of Snips which contained skincare, nail care, and massage. After becoming an esthetician, I proceeded with increasing my knowledge in my field by receiving diploma’s in the art of skin peeling, sunless tanning, and makeup application. This extra work helped me become distinguished as an Aesthetician, a skincare professional with medical training. Not only have I received accolades from my peers, in 2007 I earned the Indy Channels A-List award for best facial in Indianapolis. My treatment room is geared to help the most discerning client and I perform a host of skincare and body services.
